Authorized use
Customers must use RoboRep only for lawful communications and must obtain all consent required for calling, recording, transcription, automated dialing, and marketing.
Carrier and provider services
Telephony usage, phone numbers, registration, carrier fees, recordings, and transcription may be supplied by third-party providers and billed separately.
Automation
Customers remain responsible for calling lists, consent, suppression rules, pacing, scripts, and representatives using RoboRep. Automated features must not be used to evade carrier, platform, or legal requirements.
Prepaid deposits and refunds
Deposits purchase prepaid RoboRep service credit and are non-refundable. Unused credit is not refunded if you stop using RoboRep, cancel services or close your account. Refunds will be provided only where required by applicable law.
Deposits fund the shared team balance and are applied to charges for services used. Canceling future services does not convert remaining credit into a cash refund. Adding credit does not automatically schedule staff or activate a service. Contact RoboRep support to report a billing error.
Availability
Preview features may change before general availability. Final commercial terms will be presented during account activation.
