Voicemail settings
Automatic mode waits for a detected beep. For manual delivery, select Leave voicemail & move on after you hear the beep. Your phone becomes available while the server finishes playback.
Recent voicemail deliveries
Playback completed means the recording played; it does not confirm the recipient saved it. Detection may be uncertain. Background calls continue to use Telnyx call capacity.

Find contacts on this page
Find multiple public contact blocks on the current page. Review names, email and phone associations before saving. No email deliverability verification or website crawling is performed.
Save email-only or phone contacts in your RoboRep workspace for reuse. Saving a list does not start a call.
Detecting current website…
The website updates automatically as you switch tabs. Allow access once per site, then scan or parse highlighted text. Chrome settings and other protected pages cannot be scanned.
Parse contact details
Highlight the contact, then press Alt+Shift+P while still on the webpage. Results appear in the open panel. If it is closed, click the RoboRep toolbar icon within one minute to view the captured contact. If the shortcut is unavailable, assign it at chrome://extensions/shortcuts or use the right-click menu.
Highlight text on a webpage, right-click, and choose Parse highlighted contact with RoboRep. Results appear here without copying and pasting.
Review these suggested fields. Best results come from one contact block, with name and company above the address. Correct the fields here, then open RoboRep to save a contact or lead.
Opens RoboRep's review form. Choose whether to create a lead, then save to your RoboRep workspace.
Calls use your assigned RoboRep number. Your phone connects automatically after login once microphone access is allowed. Chrome must remain running for incoming calls.

Connection settings
The HTTPS address of your hosted RoboRep app, normally https://roborep.net. Login and calling use the extension API on this workspace. This is not a Telnyx portal URL or a CRM homepage. Use only the address provided by your administrator, without a path, query, or fragment.
